The Field Operations Leadership Program is a two-day seminar with a one-on-one executive coaching session designed to transform managers from individual contributors into effective leaders by learning about their personality preferences and understanding how they interact with their team. The ESG Certification Program educates members on the evolving ESG landscape including criteria, regulations, reporting and best practices. The Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s Scholarship Program provides educational assistance to an employee, spouse, child or other legal dependent of an employee of a Council Member Company, encouraging continued education past the high school level.LEARN MORE
The Credit Interchange Division (CID), operating as a cooperative venture among Energy Workforce Member Companies since 1955, facilitates the confidential exchange of up-to-date ledger experience among its member companies and divisions.LEARN MORE
Energy Workforce’s Energy Education efforts include support of the IPAA/Energy Workforce Education Center and promote STEM education at elementary, secondary and undergraduate levels. The Energy Education Committee sponsors fundraising activities to raise money for these efforts.LEARN MORE
For the past 28 years, Energy Workforce has co-sponsored a Foreign Service Officer Energy Industry Training Session with the U.S. Departments of State, Energy, and Commerce. The week-long training familiarizes Foreign and Civil Service Officers with the energy industry.LEARN MORE
